Rooney our stud dog shown above is typical of the breed being so laid back absolutely nothing fazes him. He loves his job and is always eager to please. Boston Terriers are such amiable little dogs they will fit in with their respective owners lifestyle without a problem. They are energetic enough to be out walking all day or are so laid back they will quite happily chill out by the fire. They are very quiet dogs, not yappy, but are first of the mark if something untoward happens. The diversity of their personalities is amazing the Roonster would lie and snore all day if you let him while Honey (our oldest bitch) likes nothing more than rooting around the yard with our Jack Russells!

They are absolutely brilliant with kids, other animals including dogs horses etc. The life expectancy of a Boston Terrier is around 15 years. They are very much a terrier with all the character and fun that goes with it.
